Description

The sidewalk in front of 97 Western Ave is obstructed every weekend with a flea market. My elderly mother could not pass with her walker and had to step into the street, almost being hit by a passing car. This has gone on every weekend since August. Each week there is more clutter that prevents pedestrians from passing safely. To make matters worse, cars pull up onto the sidewalk to access the flea market and obstruct traffic. It is a very unsafe situation.
