Description

Abandoned navy yard factory on first ave between ninth and thirteenth has large section of metal peeling from top of building above the roof line. It is difficult to see from street. I can see from above in neighboring building.

If it continuous to peel away in heavy wind it will create substantial damage on st and sidewalk. See picture attached
