This park is a disgrace. The residents do more than their part to keep it nice and the city lets people literally dump on it. It's full of the seediest, lowest forms of scum on a regular basis--truly frightening, drugged-out, sinister criminals in many cases-- and our cries for assistance form the city constantly go ignored. Shame on New Haven.
