Apparently the water cap was replaced thanks to the great follow up by Cathy Chamberlain of BED. I wish some of the other officials on here would follow up with such diligence as Ms. Chamberlain. Let's see how long it takes for this resolved issue to be closed....
Thank you for the feedback. Water Resources Customer Service only receives email notifications from SCF and residents when requests have been assigned to us and this one was left inadvertently assigned to DPW. I am happy to hear that Cathy was able to make this happen and I will thank her personally for the follow up.
