Still pretty awful. No once cleans, and it's a high-foot-traffic area (one of the entrances to the garage).

Amazingly gross. Who's responsible? I guess I should contact Community Board or Sanitation directly, but that often does not yield results.

Who owns the building (garage, offices, Staples)?

Somewhat better. Someone at building up the hill maintains one tree well beautifully. But the garage and Staples don't maintain their property.

Dumping at tree well at south entrance to ParkNSave continues. Now there's a suitcase and bags of clothing.

Just as bad as ever. Who is the owner? Neither Sanitation nor Tree Program will do anything.

Parks replaced the dead tree it planted in 2011 and in the process cleaned everything up.
