Description
Months ago the Dept of utilities was send digging up the cobbles behind our building at the Alley between Broad and Adams Street. When I approached I asked what they were doing and they told me they were checking an old water line to see if it was working.
It wasn’t and they put the dirt back in place, bu said they would come around to replace the cobble stones.
They haven’t and Ive already called it in at least twice. Once they said they would add it to the ticket where work was being done on the Jefferson St Alley entrance
that work was finished bu there is still a huge pothole .

I don’t know why this was closed as the area behind our building at the alley behind 101 W Broad Street has not been repaired. We have a BLIND tenant that routinely walks through the alley and it is treacherous at best . This is above the area of the Apron and WAS cobblestone ,
This area is a terrible walking area and takes quite and effort to walk through it. If it has rained it is a huge puddle
