Q. Please describe the issue.
A. The water meter between 3916 and 3900 Lake Blvd. has been overflowing for months now and emitting a green slimy fluid along with the water that floods a portion of the sidewalk and flows into the street gutters for blocks. This has been happening for months now, so it must have never been reported by the homeowners. We nor our pets are able to walk on the sidewalk in this area for fear of a slip and fall and bc we don't want to track the slippery green fluid that resembles the color of antifreeze back into our homes. I am not sure what the green slimy fluid is or if it is harmful for pets. Please come and check to see why this is happening so we do not have to walk out into the street when children and pets are walking in the neighborhood. Thank you!
