Description

There is a retention pond in our back yard and we just recently purchased the home. There is a city fence running along the pond that is currently being held up by cinder blocks.. We have a young child and do not want either the cinder blocks falling on him or access to the pond. Please let us know what can be done to replace the chain link fence.
