Thank you for contacting the City regarding this matter. The City has determined that the referenced tree is located on private property and is the responsibility of the property owner. While some of the fallen tree is currently located in the right-of-way, it is unsafe for City crews to work there until the portion located on private property has been handled.

The City of Alpharetta has resolved this request.
