Description

Very overgrown vegetation from the residence on 278 Riverside Ave. that takes two-thirds of the public sidewalk. Pedestrians with strollers are forced to pass toward the side next to the fast moving traffic, making it unsafe to use this section of the sidewalk. Two persons impossible to pass simultaneously.
