ELECTRICAL BREAKER BOX ELECTROCUTED ME. TOLD LANDLORD. SENT AN ELECTRICIAN OUT. STATED THE REASON I WAS ELECTROCUTED WAS DUE TO FAULTY BREAKERS IN BOX. REPLACED SEVERAL BREAKERS IN BOX.

Per Washington State Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW §59.18 -

tenants are required to provide landlords with written notice of defective conditions. In this situation the landlord would then have 24 hours to begin corrective action. It sounds like corrective action has begun.
