Description
SMC 9.25.030(C) Violation
I presented my WIC Vouchers but the clerk insisted on adding the bag charge despite showing the ordinance. I have had this problem happen there several times, but this was the worst. I was going to pay it, but the clerk refused to allow me to buy food or use my voucher checks after I pointed out the issue. I had to track down someone else to get a manager to resolve the issue. Please talk to the store so other people on the program are not similarly harassed.
