DTE caused the crack in the sidewalk when they worked on the gas line. They finally replaced the sidewalk this last week after the condo association continued to reach out to them.
The abandon looking house is the responsibility of the developer, the association has been pushing to get it improved for several years. Not sure if the city can cite for this or not.
The association landscaper has been alerted to the trees.
