Description
The pedestrian walk signal button on the SE corner of 40th St and Horton St (for northbound Horton St pedestrians crossing 40th) is not working. This past Sunday I hit the button and didn't get a walk signal through two whole signal phases, and eventually had to cross on the green light with no walk signal. Please fix, thanks.
