Description

They are back at it, have not removed their garbage cans from the curb and are refilling them with garbage. One week in the last 7 that they were in compliance. Recyclables present in the trash. Uncovered, stinks, disgusting. City needs to stop this. We should not have to live with trash who can't take care of their trash properly.
