Description

We have reported this pool before numerous times. Landlord sent someone out approx. 1 month ago who partially removed some of the decking. The 9ft deep hole with boards, nails, and standing water are still there. There are rodents visible. The tenant has small children living here, he is not the problem. The slumlord landlord is taking advantage of these people and this is a huge problem for the neighborhood and these very small children. The landlords name is Paul and his phone number is 419-810-3808. Pictures attached.
