Description

Writing on sidewalk has been her over a year. I think DPW and Dig Safe clearly got the message. Now it's time to remove it. Who writes messages on sidewalks anyway? BED, VGS, a contractor hired by DPW and/or water/stormwater - very sloppy and unprofessional.
