Description

Very hazardous and large street repair failure. Repaired several times each worse than the one before. Asphalt has settled into a three to four inch deep two ft long trough and pushed up asphalt has created a three inch hump. Cars, trucks and bus's swerve into on coming traffic to avoid it. BONE JARRING.
