  This is a cascading dominos type of problem. Visor screws are frozen and would have to be drilled out, times 12. The signal head has seen its better days and should be replaced. We have a pole in stock meant to replace the one on that corner, along with new signals and LEDs. Same on the SW corner. Ultimate fix is new poles and signals. Could be during a mild spell this winter, but most likely sometime in spring.
