The correct address for this complaint is 244 Beacon Ave and Laidlaw Avenue. As per Inspector Santiago, a Notice of Violation (NOV) will be issued to this property for high weeds. If the owner does not comply within ten business days of the NOV date, the property will be placed on a maintenance list to be cleaned by the JCDPW. If this is a City owned property, the property is placed on a maintenance list, too. Please note that this list is extensive and the property in question will be cleaned in the order that the complaint is received.
