Problem continues, in spite of a Quasi Judicial Meeting October 10, 2017, where the Commission vote denied the permit. The Town continues to enable the Marriott RI to operate as a Beach Furniture Operator at the 92nd Street beach entrance . While the abiding Upland properties at 92nd St, submit for permits, pay the fee, and behave in accordance with the Ordinance, they watch the Westside Marriott RI property “flaunt “ the Ordinance in their space!

Where is the justice for the Upland Properties?
