Description
The fence at the next door apartment complex is in complete disarray. It is falling into my property and the building's management refuses to put up a new fence. The lack of having a fence adds to the noise and also brings light pollution from car's headlights. Please help.

Clear case 270-31 violation. Allowing 10 days for "code enforcement" i.e. MPD to view and contact with written violation owners have 10 days to correct. Thus Sept 01 is drop dead date.
Contact City Solicitor on Sept 02 because now the city and taxpayers are owed money. ($10/day)
Note:violator can appeal!
Read ecode360
FYI post all observations and concerns! It keeps everything transparent including open/hazardous issues not addressed in a timely fashion!!

As I indicated building commissioner is responsible. Fines $10 day.
Only responses I have seen refer to code enforcement but Not name of person or department!
Perhaps they don't want us to know.
I suggest you Make a NEW click fix
Indicate 270-31 violation
Post a photo
Put in the name of building commissioner
And copy the link to the mayor.
