Description
This is a follow-up to a complaint I filed on April 29 of this year (Issue ID: 3375115). The Sprint cellular phone store at the foot of Rand Avenue NEVER brings in their trash cans. I've talked to employees and the Manager and have been told that there is no room inside and the cans smell. To the best of my knowledge, neither is an acceptable excuse. As I understand the city code, trash cans are to be put out the night before and brought inside when emptied. Please enforce these requirements and, if need be, cite them for violations.
