You can also contact abandoned auto if the car hasn't moved in 72 hours: abandonedauto@oaklandnet.com. They do take a while to come out but technically this car should get tagged during street cleaning. and per above call OPD though I Doubt they will do anything. Talk to neighbors and ask them to call as well. The more people call, the more action you will get.
