Unfortunately, we can only ask the nursing home to be more considerate. This is not a Sanitary Code violation, nor any other violation of our Ordinances. So, we have no enforcement mechanism here.

I understand that, buy it will become an issue when people have to stand on the street to wait for a bus. I guess we just need to wait until someone gets hit by a car for anyone to something about it. The nursing home can run their sprinklers at 3 am when there is no bus running and people are sleeping.
