Large bush at corner of Chester Rd. and Grant Ave. has grown around the street sign, past the curb. Cars turning onto Chester from Grant must pull into Chester Rd. to see oncoming traffic from the left.
During the winter, when leaves and flower are gone, visibility is ok. This bush is perennial and has grown in 20 years, blooming through the entire summer and fall, obstructing the view of oncoming traffic, which there is.
