Crepe Myrtles growing on right of way have grown so tall the overhand the street especially when wet. This restricts the street to a narrow lane when someone parks across the street. SUV and Pickup Trucks are so tall they strike the limbs when going down the street. When wet this is a real problem as they hang even lower
