Description

Many times on the weekend, the one and only "ramp" to the sidewalk and greenway is blocked by PaddleCreekNC vans as they unload. They also come close to blocking the circle drive portion of the parking lot.

The ramp access is a hindrance to any handicapped people, and for those on road bikes that shouldn't be expected to jump a curb or ride through rocks and mulch to get to the greenway.
