Description
Culvert is constantly blocked by their trees. This backs up the drainage to the northern properties and floods them. This needs to be fixed. After personally removing the obstructions, the water still won't flow due to what seems to be a problem within the culvert. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! WE ARE TIRED OF GETTING FLOODED OUT BY COUNTY CONTROLLED WATER!!!
