Property infested with rats.Contacted office manager (Rose) and feels no need to address the issue.Says its owners responsibility to contact a pest management company.Rats have nested in many vehicles engines causing costly damage by chewing up wires.Found nesting in barbecue grilles,and ac units.and when they die the smell is terrible.Some died in my engine//Ac and everytime I turn on the AC the smell is unbearable.
