Description
People from outside this City are Parking in Spots utilized for Tenants. Parking is already at a premium and with the addition of these "Out of Town Parking Occurrences, Tenants and owners of these properties on these streets are affected in a bad way. I think it is time for our City to Act, as this is not the First Time the City has been told about this problem.
We need to have Resident Parking Stickers and a Plaque given for a visiting Guest. Swampscott can help this City if our City Officials don't know how to handle this matter. It is a sin that we cant even park near our homes.
