Where is OPD time to run the vagrants, vandals, taggers, litterbugs and thieves out of the park. Zero enforcement = zero consequences for these losers. Of course the taxpayer always pick up the tab for the constant clean up and repair.

David, I think the problem is the City. The City has not given the mandate to OPD to enforce.

Mandate??? They are breaking many laws, violating numerous municipal codes and city ordinance's, ADA violations. Our elected officials do not have that authority to supersede the law. Not only that by allowing this to go on they are making themselves culpable to these crimes.

David, I can not disagree more but the bottom line is that our Police is not going to do anything while its citizens are suffering. Very sad indeed.
