I have observed the property and have issued a formal enforcement document. The current tenants do not own the property, however, the current owner, USA Federal National Mortgage Association(Fannie Mae), has been notified of the violations.

The current property owner has granted the tenant/previous owner permission to reside at property till the end of August. Due to the nature of the agreement the property preservation company will not resolve until the tenant has vacated the property.
