This is about the fourth time this issue has been reported, and the message has been that the left turn arrows for turns off Walsingham will only blink yellow from midnight until 7 am, but there hasn't been any explanation or justification for the change. This is causing problems for people turning at this intersection. Why was the change made?

Staff added additional time to the WBLT. The operational changes in regard to the Flashing Yellow Arrow were made by Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). I will forward this and the other requests on to them to respond as to why the changes were made. Thank you for your interest in our transportation system.
