I am closing this issue since it is now on our repair list to handle on Tuesday. If you disagree with my closing this issue since we have it on our list and it will not fall off of our radar, by all means reopen it.
Also note that this request is the same as three others on here, so this situation has not gone unnoticed. This may be the DOT or the 139 project that needs to fix this.
