Description

This eye-sore residential disrepair property has been vacant for at least 6 years and continues to get worse. Dilapidated fence, the roof has large holes and the room addition ceiling has collapsed. Rotten soffit and roof holes allow rats and small animals have access and causes health issues.

Thank you for your concerns. I spoke to the owner and he is going to convert the house back to the original form. The owner states he has had some financial and other setbacks. He states he plans to have it complete this year. The property is posted unfit with a stop work order for previous work that was started. The owner stated he would be out on Friday to cut the yard.
I will monitor his progress.
