Description

The water meter for this house is in the middle of the sidewalk. If you notice from the picture the cover cannot go into and cover the opening. It's crushed causing a tripping hazard. Either that or somebody's going to step in this hole. This should be fixed but I'm not sure if it is the city that needs to repair the sidewalk as it is cracked or the water company because the water meter box is crushed.
