Met with customer on site 6/15/17. The top course of brick inside the drain need to be sealed. The asphalt in front of the drain needs to be patched with asphalt.

Point up brick at precast box saw cut roadway to repair hole in roadway.

We have to point up around some bricks inside the inlet box.

We have repaired this issue on 5/12/20. Jacob K. Jerry A. and Hayden M. They used 1-bag of mortar and 3/4 ton of sand. Thanks Guys.
