We experienced a fairly sever main break on Elm St by Boundry St yesterday 6-12-2017. We apologize for any inconvenience, but sometimes, depending on the severity of issue, it may take quite a bit longer for the water to be turned back on and clear. Hopefully you noticed this morning that everything was back to normal. Thanks for being patient with us while we tried to fix the main yesterday!!!!

Thank you for following up; however I don't believe the issue has been fully resolved. I had/have water this morning and this evening; however my water is not flowing at full capacity (half the pressure than normal), the pipes are now knocking and my water is still brownish yellow even with it running for 20 minutes plus this morning and even again this evening. I can't imagine this water to even be safe even if I boiled it. I know my nieghbors in Northborough (just west of Boundary and Rte. 20) are being affected by this water main break as I have been in contact with them and they too have expressed the same issue but they are in a Northborough. I certainly hope that a further investigation will take place; especially with all this constuction and new piping going into place and effecting two neighboring towns. Please reopen this ticket for further investigation and resolution of findings. Thank you in advance!
