There is no fences, silt fence in disrepair, open pits filled with water, large stock piles of pipe with no licensed contractor listed
A sewer line tied into our neighborhood system with a manhole completely filled with trash and mud??

Thank you for your input, The man hole has been cleaned out and repaired. The contractor of record is no longer working for the G.C and a new one inserted to finish the project. The silt fence will be restored soon.

Jusy a update on your comment. The original site contractor has signed back on and a on site meeting was done. He states the silt fence will be repaired and the site drainage will have to be re-done properly. We are monitoring and inspection the progress until complete. I will be closing this click and fix at this point.
