Rowley Shore is a private way. The City is limited as to what repairs can be done.

Sec 21-81 Type & Extent of Work reads:
(b)Temporary construction or repair shall include the filling of potholes in the subsurface of private ways and repairs to the surface materials, but shall not include significant excavation, regrading, drainage work, or the resurfacing thereof.

This is beyond the filling of a pot hole. The abutters of Rowley Shore would be responsible for this repair. Please reach out to your Ward Councilor Val Gilman at (978) 283-1993, or you may call Public Works at 978-281-9785 to speak to the Director.
