Have you guys checked out the electrical inside the trailers? I know that if you turn off the main breaker in a lot of them you still have power. Or if you plug something in the kitchen you lose power in the bedroom.
We have conducted extensive research and after having met at the property with several City department members - a Police Officer, the Building Division Inspection Supervisor and 2 Sewer Utilities Technicians - we issued a verbal warning to the park manager and will be re-inspecting on June 13th for progress.
Regarding the sewer leak, the City was able to have the broken pipe repaired and it was in compliance as of 6/13/17.
Regarding handicap accessibility and child-proofing of the pool, this pool was built many years ago before today's ADA requirements. However, this swimming pool is inspected twice a year by, the Pinellas County Health Department (ph: 727-538-7277). You can contact them in this regard.
Regarding the concern about electrical issues, please see Click & Fix Issue #346605 assigned to the Building Development Division
