There is no sign indicating that the right lane ends and that traffic should merge to the left. It is extremely dangerous, since many individuals in the middle lane are unaware and do not allow cars to merge. Signs on poles and/or painted signs on the roadway should be added well in advance of the three lanes becoming two.
