This problem was first reported back in January (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/3148067-other) and I don't understand why it is taking so long to get fixed. Here's an entry from the previous thread:

The sign that’s covered in burlap does not match the final signal upgrade design plans. Because it is up to the contractor to have the right signage up, the Transportation Department is currently investigating. We will share additional updates when they are available.

That was February... the burlap is OFF the sign now, and it is misdirecting drivers every day. Hope to see some action soon, please.
