There's a white trash bag with something dead inside. It's covered in maggots. I hope it's not another dog. My husband couldn't look further. There appears to be a food bowl next to the bag. In the time it took him to clean up the rest of the street someone came and dumped another two black trash bags. Seriously...get some cameras and do something about this. Oh, and let's do something about the abandoned vehicle that's been gutted and left for months in the old bowling alley parking lot.
