This particular crosswalk warning has never worked regularly. It is on my corner and presents a danger as I see people press it and then start walking unaware it is broken.
I also see some one trying to fix it but the fix never lasts for more than a few days. Other issues too but not as dangerous as this one.
A tragic accident waiting to happen. Is there no one competent enough to fix this? Perhaps a replacement is in order.

I went by again and it's actually both sides not working. I walk by here almost daily and it's more often not working than working.

The pedestrian crossing signal was repaired on 5/31/17.
