What bank owns this property?

This house has been an eyesore for years. Nothing is ever done.

the mortgage was paid in full on 4-17-2017 - you can find all the info on the online records at the Albany County clerk's office. The house was purchased in 2007 or 2008 maybe for $270K but in the foreclosure documents the bank was out $400K. from Principal, unpaid interest, municipal and school taxes, hazard insurance and maintenance (I don't know what that maintenance was because in the last 7 years the place certainly appears not to have been maintained. Rumor has it that a number of years ago the bank( KEY BANK) didn't want to "short sell" the property.
