Yes, the barriers are getting more and more displaced. They are marked with APD on the side. There are two barriers on the north side of the bridge on the grass. They need to be moved on to the pavement so the grass can grow instead of making a mud patch. Barriers are too heavy for people like us to move back into proper locations. Please help
