Live nearby and walk around grounds, picking up trash. Noticed sign on 49th St N is down, dog ordinance (?), pulled out of ground. Picnic table at covered pavilion by 50th St N is bent in the middle. Another two are looking like someone is working on bending them also
Noticed burn spots on fake grass by monkey bars on playground when my daughter asked for assistance going across them.
