Description

The speed signage is very confusing. First - there are reduced speed signs where construction is not happening. Second - some reduced speed signs are followed by "when passing workers" signs, or "reduced speed ahead" signs, making the proper speed unclear. Reduced speed zones should be clearly marked and only be in areas where it is actually necessary; there is no need to unduly impact the flow of traffic otherwise on a street that is a major thoroughfare.
